Position Overview

For our client in the Construction Industry we are seeking a seasoned, innovative HR Manager. As the HR Manager, you will play a important role in supporting our mission by overseeing all aspects of human resources management within the organization. You will collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with our goals and values, ensuring that our workforce is equipped to drive digital transformation ethically and effectively.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and address HR-related challenges and opportunities.
  • Be a trusted advisor to senior leadership on HR matters, providing insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives and mission of the organization.
  • Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all new hires.
  • Manage employee relations, including resolving conflicts, addressing grievances, and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Design and implement talent development programs.
  • Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development planning.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in HR management.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion, championing initiatives that promote belonging and equal opportunity for all employees.

 

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, with a strong track record of success in developing and implementing HR strategies.
  • Deep understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Passion for driving digital transformation
