Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic HR Administrator for our client in a SaaS company. As the HR Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the HR function and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of HR processes and procedures. You will contribute to the overall success of our organization by providing administrative support to the HR team and assisting in the implementation of HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings of candidates.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring all required documentation is completed.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of all information.
- Process HR-related paperwork, including employee contracts, benefits enrollment forms, and performance evaluation documents.
- Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits, providing timely and accurate information.
- Assist in the coordination of training and development programs, including scheduling training sessions and tracking employee participation.
- Support HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys, diversity and inclusion programs, and performance management processes.
- Assist with the preparation of HR reports and presentations, summarizing key HR metrics and trends for management review.
- Stay informed about changes in HR laws and regulations, ensuring compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Min 2 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
